Jake Paul Stops Mike Perry in Sixth Round TKO!

Trends News: Jake Paul Stops Mike Perry in Sixth Round TKO!

Jake Paul raises his fist in victory after defeating Mike Perry

Social media star turned professional boxer Jake Paul extended his winning streak on Saturday night, defeating bare-knuckle fighter Mike Perry via sixth-round TKO in an eight-round cruiserweight matchup.

The fight, which took place in Tampa, Florida, saw Paul dominate from the start. The 27-year-old YouTuber-turned-boxer used his size and reach advantage to control the fight, dropping Perry three times before the referee called a stop to the contest in the sixth round.

Despite battling through a reported illness and a fractured knuckle, Paul showed grit and determination to secure the victory.

"He's tough as nails," Paul said of Perry after the fight. "But I just hit too hard, and he took a lot of damage. Mike Tyson, you're next... It's anyone, anytime, anyplace."

With the win, Paul retains his much-anticipated bout with boxing legend Mike Tyson, originally scheduled for this past Saturday. The highly-hyped matchup between the social media star and the 58-year-old former heavyweight champion is now slated for November 15th.

This victory adds Mike Perry to the list of former UFC fighters Paul has defeated in his professional boxing career. The win improves Paul's record to 10-1, with 7 victories by knockout.
